Herbal Tea Menu + Gentle Guidance
At Five Goddess Farm, each tea is thoughtfully blended with high-quality herbs and crafted with reverence for the body, the plants, and the ritual of slowing down with a beautiful cup of tea.
Herbs can be powerful allies, and every body is unique. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood, allergies, medications, and certain health conditions may change which herbs are appropriate for you. Our Gentle Guidance offers general information to help you make an informed choice, but it is not medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, choosing tea for a child, managing a health condition, or taking medication, please check with your qualified healthcare professional when you are unsure.
Allergy Tea
Tulsi, Ginger, Nettle, Rooibos, Mullein, Meadowsweet, Rose Hips
A nourishing botanical blend traditionally used during seasonal shifts, with herbs chosen to support respiratory comfort and overall well-being.
Gentle Guidance:
Meadowsweet contains salicylate-related compounds and may not be appropriate for those with aspirin or salicylate sensitivities or people taking certain blood-thinning medications. Pregnancy and pediatric use should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Anti-Inflammatory Tea
Turmeric, Ginger, Rose Hips, Nettle, Dandelion Leaf, Lemon Peel
A warming, fortifying blend of roots, leaves, and fruits traditionally enjoyed to support whole-body wellness and a healthy inflammatory response.
Gentle Guidance:
Concentrated turmeric and ginger may interact with certain medications, including blood thinners, and dandelion may not be appropriate with some gallbladder conditions or medications. Check with your healthcare professional during pregnancy or before offering medicinal-strength herbal preparations to children.
Anxiety Ease Tea
Hops, Vervain, Lavender, Rose, Passion Flower, Oat Straw
A deeply calming blend of aromatic and traditionally relaxing herbs created for quiet evenings, softened edges, and moments when the nervous system is asking for rest.
Gentle Guidance:
This blend contains sedating herbs and may increase drowsiness when combined with alcohol, sleep aids, or other sedating medications. Avoid driving or operating machinery if it makes you drowsy. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatric use should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Aphrodite’s Love Tea
Hibiscus, Damiana, Rose, Hawthorn Berries, Calendula, Passion Flower
A lush, heart-centered blend celebrating love, sensuality, pleasure, and the beautiful ritual of tending the heart.
Gentle Guidance:
Hawthorn may interact with heart and blood-pressure medications, while damiana and passion flower warrant additional caution during pregnancy. We recommend checking with a qualified healthcare professional during pregnancy or breastfeeding and when taking cardiovascular or sedating medications.
Cleansing Tea
Dandelion Leaf, Milk Thistle Seed, Ginger, Licorice Root, Rose Hips, Tulsi
An earthy, gently warming blend of traditional herbal allies created to support everyday digestive and whole-body wellness.
Gentle Guidance:
Licorice root may raise blood pressure and can interact with several medications. Those with hypertension, heart or kidney conditions, or relevant medications should check with a healthcare professional before regular use. Pregnancy and pediatric use also warrant professional guidance.
Cough Be Gone
Marshmallow Root, Wild Cherry Bark, Thyme, Cloves, Rose Hips
A soothing botanical blend traditionally used to comfort a dry, irritated throat and support respiratory ease.
Gentle Guidance:
Wild cherry bark requires appropriate preparation and dosing and deserves particular caution for children, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Marshmallow root may affect the absorption of oral medications, so separate it from medications by a few hours unless your healthcare professional advises otherwise.
Digestive Tea
Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Fennel, Gentian, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Dandelion, Marshmallow Root
An aromatic blend of bitter, soothing, and warming herbs traditionally enjoyed before or after meals to encourage digestive comfort.
Gentle Guidance:
Peppermint may aggravate reflux in some people, while gentian and several other ingredients warrant additional consideration during pregnancy. Chamomile may cause reactions in people sensitive to plants in the daisy/ragweed family. Marshmallow root may affect medication absorption.
Fertile Support Tea
Red Raspberry Leaf, Chaste Tree Berries, Red Clover, Ashwagandha, Nettle, Motherwort, Milk Thistle Seed
A deeply nourishing blend created as a botanical companion during the preconception season, with herbs traditionally associated with reproductive and whole-body wellness.
Gentle Guidance:
This is a preconception-focused blend rather than a general daily tea. Chaste tree, ashwagandha, motherwort, and red clover may be inappropriate with certain hormonal conditions, fertility treatments, or medications. Because several ingredients are not appropriate throughout pregnancy, discontinue and consult your prenatal healthcare professional if pregnancy occurs.
Glow Tea
Red Clover Blossoms, Red Raspberry Leaf, Catnip, Stinging Nettle, Motherwort
A mineral-rich botanical blend traditionally used to nourish the body while honoring the rhythms and transitions of the feminine experience.
Gentle Guidance:
Motherwort is not appropriate during pregnancy, and red clover contains isoflavones that warrant additional consideration with hormone-sensitive conditions or certain medications. Check with a healthcare professional when breastfeeding or using hormonal therapies.
Immune Boosting Tea
Stinging Nettle, Astragalus, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, Cinnamon, Ginger, Stevia
A bright, warming blend of nourishing herbs traditionally enjoyed as part of everyday seasonal wellness and immune support.
Gentle Guidance:
Astragalus may not be appropriate for people taking immunosuppressant medications or with certain autoimmune conditions. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatric use should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Little Ones Tea
Chamomile, Rose, Lemon Balm, Peppermint
A soft, gentle blend created with simple aromatic herbs traditionally enjoyed for comfort, calm, and happy little bellies.
Gentle Guidance:
Children are not simply smaller adults, and appropriate herbs, preparation, and serving size vary by age and individual health. Chamomile may cause reactions in those with daisy/ragweed-family allergies, and peppermint may aggravate reflux. Please ask a pediatric healthcare professional about herbal teas for infants or children with medical conditions or medications.
Lung Tea
Mullein, Elecampane, Marshmallow Root, Calendula, Echinacea, Chamomile, Schisandra, Ginger
A robust respiratory blend of roots, flowers, berries, and leaves traditionally used to support the lungs, throat, and seasonal respiratory wellness.
Gentle Guidance:
Elecampane warrants caution during pregnancy, while echinacea may not be appropriate for everyone with autoimmune conditions or certain medications. Marshmallow root can affect medication absorption. Seek medical care for difficulty breathing, persistent symptoms, or other concerning respiratory symptoms.
Nourishing Tea
Stinging Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Oat Straw, Alfalfa, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, Rose
A mineral-rich, beautifully gentle blend created for everyday nourishment, replenishment, and the simple ritual of tending yourself from within.
Gentle Guidance:
Pregnancy recommendations for red raspberry leaf vary by individual circumstances and stage of pregnancy. Alfalfa can interact with some medications, including warfarin. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, pediatric use, and medication interactions are best considered individually.
Pregnant Goddess Tea
Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Oat Straw, Alfalfa, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, Rose Buds
A nourishing botanical blend created especially for the changing needs and beautiful ritual of pregnancy.
Gentle Guidance:
Pregnancy is highly individual, and herbal recommendations—including the timing and amount of red raspberry leaf—can vary. Please review this blend with your prenatal healthcare professional, particularly if you have a high-risk pregnancy, take medications, or have been advised to limit specific herbs.
Rest + Renew Tea
Chamomile, Rose, Skullcap, Motherwort, Mugwort, Oat Straw, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower
A deeply comforting evening blend created to quiet the day, soften the nervous system, and invite the body toward rest.
Gentle Guidance:
This blend contains several relaxing or sedating herbs and should not be combined casually with sedating medications or alcohol. Mugwort and motherwort are not appropriate during pregnancy. Avoid driving or operating machinery if the blend makes you drowsy.
Rest + Renew Extra Tea
Chamomile, Rose, Skullcap, Motherwort, Mugwort, Oat Straw, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Albizia, St. John’s Wort, Tulsi, Valerian
Our deepest evening blend, bringing together traditional calming botanicals for those moments when you are ready to settle deeply into rest.
Gentle Guidance:
St. John’s wort has significant interactions with many medications, including some antidepressants, hormonal contraceptives, anticoagulants, transplant medications, and others. Valerian and other calming herbs may increase sedation. This blend is not appropriate during pregnancy without individualized professional guidance. Anyone taking prescription medication should check for interactions before use.
Second Bloom Tea
Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Clover, Lemon Balm, Rose, Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Lavender + Magic
Created in honor of the changing woman, this lush botanical infusion is a celebration of nourishment, softness, and the wisdom of becoming. A beautiful daily ritual for tending the body you inhabit now and honoring all that is still waiting to bloom.
Gentle Guidance:
Red clover contains naturally occurring isoflavones and may warrant additional consideration for those with hormone-sensitive conditions or taking certain medications. Because this blend was created specifically for the midlife season, anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking hormone-related medications, or managing a hormone-sensitive condition should check with a qualified healthcare professional before regular use.
Root to Rise
Chicory Root, Dandelion Leaf, Orange Peel, Star Anise, Cardamom, Rhodiola, Tulsi, Red Raspberry Leaf
A rich, grounding, caffeine-free botanical brew created as an earthy alternative to the morning coffee ritual, with warming aromatics and adaptogenic herbs.
Gentle Guidance:
Rhodiola can interact with medications and may feel stimulating for some people. Chicory and dandelion warrant caution with certain gallbladder conditions and allergies. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatric use should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Throat Soothing Tea
Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, White Willow Bark, Slippery Elm, Rose
A silky, soothing blend of roots, bark, and rose traditionally used to coat and comfort a dry or irritated throat.
Gentle Guidance:
White willow contains salicylates and is not appropriate for children or teenagers with viral illnesses and may be unsuitable for people with aspirin sensitivity, bleeding disorders, or certain medications. Licorice can raise blood pressure and interact with medications. Marshmallow and slippery elm may affect medication absorption, so separate them from oral medications unless otherwise advised.
Seasonal Goddess Teas
As the earth moves through her seasons, our bodies and spirits move with her. The Seasonal Goddess Teas are botanical blends inspired by the changing rhythms of the year, with each goddess inviting us into the particular beauty, wisdom, and ritual of her season.

Inspired by the keeper of the sacred flame, Brigid is a fresh, verdant blend created for the season of renewal. Tender herbs, delicate florals, and bright citrus welcome you back to the light and the beautiful possibility of beginning again.
Gentle Guidance:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatric use should be considered individually with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly when drinking medicinal-strength herbal preparations regularly.
Freyja — Summer Tea
Chamomile, Rose, Peppermint, Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Lavender + Magic
Lush, cooling, and beautifully floral, Freyja is an invitation to savor summer in full bloom. Rose, hibiscus, and lavender mingle with refreshing peppermint in a radiant cup made for pleasure, softness, and long golden days.

Warm, earthy, and beautifully spiced, Persephone honors the sacred turning inward that arrives with autumn. A rich botanical blend for crossing the seasonal threshold, gathering yourself close, and finding beauty in the descent.
Gentle Guidance:
Hawthorn may interact with heart and blood-pressure medications. Those taking cardiovascular medications should check with their healthcare professional before regular use. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatric use should also be considered individually.

Rich, warming, and deeply comforting, Hestia is inspired by the goddess of hearth and home. Cacao, warming spices, orange, and rose create a cozy winter cup that invites you to come home to yourself and tend the quiet flame within.
