🌸 Five Goddess Farm Tea Room Membership Policies + Guidelines

At Five Goddess Farm, we lovingly craft our memberships to be magical, nourishing, and sustainable for both our members and our business. Please review the following policies carefully before joining:

✨ Membership Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly and include the listed products, services, and perks for that billing cycle.

• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for the original member only.

• Discounts and perks cannot be combined with other sales, promotions, or events unless otherwise specified.

✨ Cancellations + Changes

• Memberships are a 3-month minimum commitment to honor the energetic exchange and planning involved.

• After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice (email or in person).

• Refunds will not be issued for partial months, unused perks, or retroactive cancellations.

✨ Product Pickup + Redemption

• Included teas, oils, bath salts, and other monthly products must be picked up within 60 days of notification.

• Products not picked up within 60 days may be forfeited without refund or replacement.

• We kindly ask that you schedule your pickups during our regular Tea Room hours (Saturdays 11–5).

✨ Event Perks

• Event discounts and early access are reserved for active members in good standing (with current paid memberships).

• Some special events may have limited capacity — membership guarantees early access, but not automatic event placement.

✨ Special Notes

• We reserve the right to adjust membership offerings seasonally to ensure the highest quality of service and products.

• Five Goddess Farm reserves the right to discontinue a membership at any time, with appropriate refund of unused months if initiated by us.
